大家在家里头互相按摩吗-----贴上了讲义了

昨天晚上上课(lamaze class)的时候,我们老师请了个按摩师来给讲了一堂,真的好舒服啊。而且她给教的手法什么时候都可以用的,并不是专门用于孕期的。
以前都是我给老公按摩,他偶尔给我按两下,又狠又快,都疼得我能跳起来。昨天因为有老师在,马上给他纠正了很多错误,我也终于享受到了按摩的美妙啦!

Five Basic Swedish Massage Strokes

Effleurage: Spreads lotions and is used to feel what is going on with the muscles
Petrissage: Stimulates deeper soft tissue
Friction: Works tissues that are adhered; warms joints and muscle attachments; decreases muscle spasms
Fine and Gross Vibration: Will sedate or stimulate nerves depending on the intensity
Tapotement: Warms muscles and stimulates superficial tissue and the central nervous system

Massage Program
First partner stand or kneels behind seated other partner. Bothe partners take deep breath into abdomen, hold 3 senconds, release.

Effleurage: Use gentle and slow strokes with the flat og your hand. MOve from nape of neck to shoulder 3x. With one hand near th top og the spine, move ohter hand up from the top of the spine to shoulder 3x. Switch hands and do the other side 3x. Then move all the way up the spine 3x.

Petrissage: Use one hand to gently pull head to side. Use the entire other hand in a kneading motion across the nape of the neck 3x, shoulder 3x, upper arm 3x. Do other side 3x. So back of neck 3x.注意是整个手掌,不是用大拇指一按一个坑!

Friction: Using your knuckles, move your hand quickly but gently back and forthdown the inside of the scapula, the middle of the scapula, ad the outside of the scapula 3x. So ther side 3x.这个动作男同学给女同学做的时候一定要轻啊!

Fine Vibration: Use the tips of your fingers and wriggle them lightly up the spine 3x.虚拟弹钢琴一样!
Gross Vibration: Use your entire hand to move the back muscles in large sweeps 3x.

Tapotement: Using the outside edge of your hand, bouce up and down the back in straight lines for 30 seconds.
这个好像就是我们说的马沙棘,重点是不要一下下地去砍,而是借助反弹的力量,有节奏地敲击

Gently brush off and breathe deeply for 3 seconds.

The most important thing to remember is to be gentle and, in a relaxation massage, slow is better than fast.

(以下的是给孕妇按摩的注意事项,不符合条件的可以不用看了)
For limb massage, massage gently, toward the heart, with long stroke. Mom lies onher side and is supported by pillows. Be sure that she is covered with blankets and is warm enough. Use any oil(except mineral oil), although massage oil from a health food store can be nicest.

When to avoid massage:
Avoid massage during morning sickness, or any aillness, if there is a lot of swelling in the limbs, if there is any vaginal bleeding, or if you notice a reduction inthe baby's movements over a 24-hour period. If any of these things are happening, call your OB. Also, you don't want to massage the stomach, the ankle area, or , if mom is on bed rest or has poor leg circulation, don't massage her legs.
