Today's schedule:
Me: 15 min. Singing(Unbelievely lovey 
) to 猫猫, 5 min. massage to 猫猫
猫猫: 5 min saying hello and brushing my foot, and then a big surprising hug to me. 
Food: Seafood-what are the bad and good for eating too much seafood?
Tip: An easy, fast and healthy cooking fish recipe :arrow: Cut salmon into slices and dump it into boiling water for only a few seconds. Also put a few vegetables then it's done.

三文鱼我喜欢用橄榄油煎的两面金黄，有次中饭胖印还羡慕的问我是不是放了橘子酱，估计胖印没吃过鱼，于是我说这是我家传的菜谱食物上色很复杂。嘻嘻
三文鱼我喜欢用橄榄油煎的两面金黄 :arrow: That's how I used to cook salmon but can never finished eating all of it. Yeah, 煎 salmon provides 香味 to your nose but I also found it is too oily(for the stomach) so most of the time, the left over are dumped it into the garbage can. However after today, I think I will try to boil salmon and mix it with a few sauces.
