上周六做了一次, 简单好吃, 都不用mixer! 可以按个人的喜好加各种坚果葡萄干.
材料:
3 or 4 ripe bananas, smashed
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar (can easily reduce to 3/4 cup), 我减成了半杯, LG还嫌甜.
1 egg, beaten (有的recipe上是两个鸡蛋)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 cup of flour (想健康一点, 可以换成1杯all purpose, 半杯whole wheat)
1/2 cup各种坚果, 切碎 (想再fancy一些, 可以加1 teaspoon的肉桂粉(cinnamon)
做法:
No need for a mixer for this recipe.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
With a wooden spoon, mix butter into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl.
Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla.
Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in.
Add the flour last, mix.
Pour mixture into a buttered 4x8 inch loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour. 我烤了大概50分钟就好了, 不确定的话用一根牙签戳进面包的中部,取出时没有粘连物就好了
Cool on a rack. Remove from pan and slice to serve.
