因为肉吃得少,又不喝牛奶,常常也想不起来酸奶,也不太热衷奶酪,不得不多做豆浆。

Whole Food organic soy beans cost only 1.69 a lb. 这个橘红色的天然豆子我忘记了什么名字。降价的时候买的 (忘了多少钱,反正不贵)。本来以为一半一半会变成粉橘色,没想到做出来还是乳白色。但我们熟悉的黄豆的味道小了点,似乎更解渴因为清香是在咽下去之后回味出来的 - 就在咽下去‘啊’的时刻。比纯豆浆细腻,豆渣完全可以润滑地喝下去。是个不错的搭配。推荐。







今天尝试着在阿胶红枣汤里加进天然核桃仁,发现汤的味道比前者更好,又增加了另一中口感喝营养。三者融合的味道也非常一体。可以试验看看你喜欢否。


下面这个油跑题了。
半夜俩点了,还没睡着,突然觉得又饿又馋,只好爬起来临时加了一个夜宵汤。



其实呢,临上床前,为了避免半夜起来吃饭,专门吃了一块蓝莓奶酪蛋糕+grapefruit + 2大杯豆浆。如果今年能痛改睡觉前吃饭的恶习,应该减10磅轻而易举吧。

橘红的东西是red lentil,此类别还有green lentil,和yellow lentil,但价格以red最贵;不过极品是产地法国高地的puy lentil,美国市场很难见到。
lentil很容易煮出沙糯口感,印度菜系里浓稠状糊,一般都有加这个。这东西营养价值很高,protein含量很高,且有丰富的iron,经期/产后女性因该多食。

Lentils contain high levels of proteins, including the essential amino acids isoleucine and lysine, and are an essential source of inexpensive protein in many parts of the world for those who adhere to a vegetarian diet.[4] Lentils are deficient in two essential amino acids, methionine and cysteine.[5] However, sprouted lentils contain sufficient levels of all essential amino acids, including methionine and cysteine.[6]

Apart from a high level of proteins, lentils also contain dietary fiber, folate, vitamin B1, and minerals. Red (or pink) lentils contain a lower concentration of fiber than green lentils (11% rather than 31%).[7] Health magazine has selected lentils as one of the five healthiest foods.[8] Lentils are often mixed with grains, such as rice, which results in a complete protein dish.
Lentils also have "anti-nutritional factors" such as trypsin inhibitors and relatively high phytate content. Trypsin is an enzyme involved in digestion and phytates reduce the bioavailability of dietary minerals.[9] The phytates can be reduced by soaking the lentils in warm water overnight.

Iron content
Lentils are a good vegetable source of iron. This makes them useful for preventing iron deficiency.[citation needed] Iron is particularly important for adolescents and pregnant women, whose requirements for it are increased.[10]
