As I talked with my mom over the phone on the first morning of 2012, it is going to be a great year for us. It's statement and a hope.
1. Exercise more, sleep more and eat less. Our body really does not need that much food. we eat for our emotions.
2. Spend less time online.
3. Fit into my size 2 jeans again.
4. Lean Butterfly kicks.
5. Read 40 interesting books. Finished 2011 on a strong note! Much more than the number I set for 2011.
