南方城市,踢球游泳是男孩子必须要会的,
"不要紧,以后让叔叔教你"她妈妈说.
一天,她们家庭生活去游泳带上了我,
"能游过去吗?"她爸爸指着对岸问.
50公尺的标准泳池,我还是不知如何回答.
"跟着我,慢谩游过去"她爸爸说.
她和妈妈在岸上喴加油,
到终点了,我们同时触摸到池边.
"好,我们并列第一"她爸爸很高兴.
"你的腿脚为什么一直伸着没动?"她妈妈问.
"最近为什么晒得恃别黒?"她问,
"是水球队训练晒的"只有如实回答. |

No. I don't do it for speed. I do it to stay fit and healthy.  |
自从听你说要慢游肩膀就不会变粗之后,我就特有理由的每次慢慢游享受水的感觉 。
最近我也恢复了游泳这项只有利没有害的运动,我们回想鼓励阿.  |

Stroke Improvement
9/9
Warm up:
100 flutter kick with kick board
50 free style
50 back kick
50 back stroke
FLUTTER KICK: 50
Straight knees, pointed toes (bent ankles can cause movement backwards), small and fast kick, swim flat at surface level, a little bit of splash is ok, don't let legs sink. Hold kick board by the front, not in the middle.
BREATHING:
Half bow with kick board: 100
12 kicks, switch arm (lift elbow above water and high toward ceiling), then breathe. Front arm straight And next to ear. Don't lift head to breathe. Look down in water and turn head only to the side to breathe. A quarter of goggle should be in water and eyes can see both above and under water when breathing.
Half bow with kick board II: 100
6 kicks, three pulls, then breathe. Keep front arm extended long and straight ahead. Kick board is meant to slow swimmer down so swimmer can focus on correct movement of turning the head and breathing.
Free style:
50 free style with the breathing and arm and leg movements in mind. @Felt so much more powerful!@
Or 50 breast stroke to cool down. |
