Shriner's hospital is on the MGH main campus. There are many free shuttles that go to MGH main campus (where Shriner is). Often a Shuttle stops at one or more stops along its route.

For example, there is a free shuttle that runs every 15 minutes (before 6:30 pm) and every 30 minutes after 6:30 pm to 8:30pm from Brigham and Women's hospital to MGH, and it stops before the Prudential.
