I want to use my iPOD to store contacts, calendar events, to-do-lists as well as powerpoint, word files etc. However, I can't figure out how to export these information from my PC to the iPOD. Directly dragging the files from my computer to the iPOD doesn't seem to work even after I enabled FireWire disk use on the iPOD. Does any one have any good suggestions? :?

CC, my hard drive mp3 player is not ipod, so my opinion could be way wrong.

1. Select iPod in iTunes source list
Click the little iPod button down by the equalizer
Select "Use as hard drive"

2. then you will be able to see ipod in your explorer.
